I am not really familiar with OSHA. But do they make safety rules and regulation when it comes to operating fork lifts, boom lifts, or using harnesses in certain situations? If so, do they apply to all companies? I work for a secuity camera installation company.

Contact your local OSHA office or Industrial Commission.

I assume you are concerned about violations? If so, you can find all of the rules and regulations for OSHA on their site.
Not everything in America is actionable in a court of law. Please remember that attorneys are in business for profit, and they get paid regardless of whether or not you win or lose.

I offer my knowledge and experience at no charge, I admit that I am NOT infallible, I am wrong sometimes, hopefully another responder will correct me if that is the case with the answer above, regardless, it is your responsibility to verify any and all information provided.

Thanks CatBert. I was looking on OSHA's website last night and found about 5-7 violations of rules/regulations my employer has broke. They have been really pissing me off lately so I think it is about time to report them.
