I have a q about boundaries in my job. I am massage practioner in WA working part-time at a prestigious wellness spa. It has just gone through an excorism of old staff, and all of us (desk staff, massage, estheticians) are new hires I have been told to come in on my off hours (I am a single mother of 4, and hold another job)to establish new clients. These stipulations were never mentioned when I was hired, and I feel this is unjust. Pls help.

It may or may not be fair, but it is not illegal. However, you must be paid for that time if you are an employee.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
