I am atrucker and work on contract driving small company truck. they are suppose to pay me 25% of each haul. They owe me about 6000 and will not pay me nor will they show me receipts of each haul so I can see that I am being paid correctly - What should I do - is there anything legal I can do?

You can file a claim with your state DOL for unpaid wages.
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.

Assuming that you are, in fact, an employee and not an independent contractor. When people post here about a "contract", I'm never quite sure. In any case, if you are an IC, you will have to file a civil suit in court for payment, just like any other vendor. If you are an employee, ElleMD's advice is right on.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
