    No, you do not. Being called in on your scheduled day off is not prohibited by law, so there is no violation.

    This morning, I was called up by my manager to say that I had to come in to a REQUIRED inventory of our store. I wasn't scheduled today, and I made this time to study for a test I have in school tomorrow. If I get fired for not showing up to this shift that I had not known about until today, do I have grounds for a lawsuit?
