  • reducing an employees hours

My husband and I are partners with two other couples in a pharmacy. We have a technician who has demonstrated behavior that my husband and me, as a wife ,and part owner are uncomfortable with. My husbands days are thurs and fri, we do not want this technician there on those days. The other partners are fighting us on this because they are afraid of her suing us for reducing her hours. We have no employment contract with her only an hourly schedule. What are the legal consequences of reducing her hours weekly, if any?

    Legal consequences? None.
