    This one company change their policy to where if your sick, you are required to show up to work and fill out a form so they can see that your really sick. These are non-exempt jobs that do accrue sick time under their current policy. If your really ill, is it legal for an employer to do this? This is in Colorado. Thanks.

    It's stupid, but it's legal.

    The only exception would be if the illness were covered under FMLA.
