I am a 100% comission employee. I am paid a draw, but pay it back once a month when the comission comes thru. I do receive medical benefits. I have been with the company 10 years and all of a sudden I am told I have to work 40 hours. Is this true?

It's true if the company says it's true. As we've said here many times, the employer has the right to set the hours, not the employees, no matter whether you're exempt or nonexempt, commissioned or noncommissioned, red state or blue state.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
