  • Looking for Information

    I am trying to find information on South Dakota minor consumption laws. Specifically in regards to minor employees who drink in the work place while on duty. My business owns a liquor and beer license and I know they could be jeopardized. I currently don't have a problem with this, but would like to know the specifics as to what could happen in a worst case scenario and relay that information hopefully as a deterent to some of the more responsible ones. Thanks.

    Why should you permit anyone to drink at your business? You're a law suit waiting to happen. Assault, sexual harrassment, illegal discrimination, etc.
