  • Is it legal to treat an employee different after 2 weeks notice?

    I recently put my 2 weeks notice in to my employer in Oregon and I was immediatly treated differently and my job title changed and was ultimetly demoted. Is this legal??

    It is not illegal. Having given notice is not a characteristic protected by law.
