    I live in Nevada and the company I work for is based out of Detroit Michigan. They have recently announced that they are changing are schedules from (8-7 mon 8-7 tues wed-fri 08-5) to working 2 weeks a month from 11-9pm and the other two weeks 8-5. This company was recently voted one of the top 100 companies for working woman and was on the cover of a national magazine boasting their flexible scheduling for working mothers. My question is: can they legally change our schedules that drastically?

    Yes they can. This is not a matter regulated by law.
