  • Changing Labor Laws

Hi - Is there a website that notes new labor laws or changing laws? We have offices in a lot of states and I want to ensure I know when there is a new law or changing law either at the state and/or federal level. I check SHRM and the DOL website..just wondering if there are others as well. Thanks in advance.

I don't know but if you find one, post the link here because I could use it myself.

Ceridian used to have an online-newsletter with state law changes that you could sign up for - I'm not sure if they still do or not.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

Laborlawcenter.com enter the state you need updates on and your email address. They will notify you only of mandatory changes...no junk mail

        http://www.lawmemo.com/

I use some of the e-mail updates from them. Covers a decent range of labor law topics.
