i was just wondering...in Indiana are employers required to let you have any breaks and or lunch in an 8 hr. shift?..our district manager just posted a memo stating that we get a 5 min. break every 2 hours...that is a total of 10 min. in and 8 hr. shift...I can't believe this is legal!

Not only is this legal, but it is not even required by Indiana law. The only mandated breaks are for those workers under 18 years of age. Othewise, the law does not require that the employer provide any breaks at all.
