  • Foreman's Wife - NM

Can the Foreman's wife get away with making threats and bullying other workers. She occasionally does work for the company but does not have a position or title. Her husband said to come to him if she causes any problems. I did the first time she got in my face, but I feel the owners need to know. If they are not informed, It will just be my word against theirs if this continues!

She likes making comments like how the employers told her husband he can get rid of anyone or everyone and hire his own crew!

How much of this crap do the rest of us have to put up with?

As much as the company is willing to overlook. Nothing you describe reaches the level of illegal behavior.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
