  • raise retracted

i live in kentucky and work for a world wide biusness. about a month ago, i recieved a .75 raise from my supervisor. recently i found out that the company has frozen all raises for all employees until jan. '07. this didn't bother me because i had already recieved my raise. last week i found out that when the freeze went through, they retracted my raise. i was paid the extra .75 for the time between my raise and the retraction. is there any course of action any would suggest i take or should i let it go. other employment is an option.

Unfortunatley Izzy looking for another job is your best option. Raises aren't protected under labor law, nothing in federal or state laws require raises be given or maintained.
