  • Shift Differential

Is it state or federal law that states that individuals that work second shift receive a shift differential or is at the disgression of the employer? I live in CT. Also, can the employer pay one and not another shift differential when they both work the same shift?

    Shift Differential

It is at the discretion of the employer.
