  • 9hrs on job only paid for 7:30

I work from 7am to 4pm 9hrs total, I get two 15min breaks and 1hr break. All of them off the clock. So I spend 9hrs on the job, but get paid for 7:30 only.
Don't I have to get some paid brakes?
    I work in California

    Paid Breaks

Yes, breaks that are less than 20 minutes should definitely be paid. You can file a claim with the state. http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/DLSE-FAQs.htm
