  • meal breaks in Georgia

I am a waitress in Georgia and sometimes we work 10+ hour shifts without an actual break to eat. Sometimes they wont let us eat even when we dont have tables and have already been working for 4 or more hours. Isnt this illegal?

Georgia employers are not required to provide a meal or rest period.
