  • Final Paycheck for Salaried Employee in Arizona

I was a kitchen manager in a restaurant in Arizona. My final day was on a Saturday at about 4pm in the afternoon. Our pay weeks run Monday through Sunday. When I recieved my final paycheck, I was paid $480.00 of my usual $600.00. When I called and spoke to old employer, he told me that salary was for days worked in a week, not hours. When I left that day, I had over 50 hours for the week. And, wasn't scheduled anymore for the week, so I had worked my full week. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Thank you.
