  • Flat Rate Restrictions NH

I have a question about flat rate pay laws.
I am a flat rate mechanic and my employer has been controlling
the number of hours i make so no one person regardless of
ability will make more than another. Is this legal or a form
of discrimination as it seems to me to go against the whole
    meening of flat rate pay?

    thanks

    Flat Rate Pay

Is isn't discriminatory, in the legal sense. And, your employer can dictate the number of hours you work, as long as you paid at a rate of at least minimum wage for the hours you work (and overtime, as may be appropriate.)
