    I live in Texas but my corporate office is in Chicago. Recently I was docked 4days pay for a late expense report. The expense was 4 days late. A letter was sent previously stating if we we late on our expenses we would be docked a days pay for every day we were late. Is this legal?

    No, it is not legal. You can file a complaint with the state DOL.
