  • not getting a lunch break

I work in health care in the state of Nebraska and most of the time we are under staffed. My question is when I am too busy to take a break can my employer doc 30 mins off of my time card when I am not able to take it?

      lunch period

In Pa At least they cannot deduct any lunch time unless you are fully releived of all your work duties for the period of time your lunch is. I just went though this with my employer.
