    Is your *boss* actually paying them or is there an employer of your boss who is paying them? If the boss is paying them, I don't see the free labor & dump trips either.

    My boss has been paying guys on the company time to renovate his house, basically getting free labor and dump trips. I know this may not be illegal but grounds for termination? Thanks for your help.
