    Update:

    HR told another manager that we are not getting back OT pay.

    I don't know what to do now.

    Do I call the Dept of Labor to ask about this?

    I have only been supervising one person since mid December.

    I don't think I should have been classified as exempt even when I was supervising two people. I have read the detailed Administrative exempt description, and it does not fit what I do at all. I also do not fit the Professional or Executive descriptions.

    So confused.

      Contact the DOL. It's cheaper than an attorney.
