Not being scheduled-Am I laid off? California

Hello,

I was working for a pharmacy in California full time. All of the sudden I was taken off the schedule. They schedule me a 4-hour shift once every month if I am lucky. At what point am I considered laid off? Can I file for unemployment?

A list of codes for me to review would be much appreciated as well.

I would definitely apply for unemployment ins. The state will decide if you qualify or not.
