  • Not paying when retuning from job site Virginia

I work for a well drillin co. in Va. today, the boss/owner told us that starting tomorrow (Fri. Dec. 10) when more than one person is on a job site, ONLY the driver will get paid up to the time the truck/materials are returned to the shop. The other employess stop getting paid when the truck leaves the job site. From my understanding this is not legal. We ALL get paid from the time we pucnh the time card , no earlier than 8 a.m., and we punch the time card when we leave. However, if we are on a job site installeing a water system, when the job is done, ONLY the driver gets paid to assure the retun of truck/materials. Is this right???
