  • Bathroom Restriction New Jersey

    i'm an assistant manager in a new jersey call center,and was just told by my supervisor that i'm not to allow anyone to use the bathroom between 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm.is this legal?

    If it's just for that half hr., I don't see a problem. Is there a reason though - like is that when they are cleaned for example?

      the reason given was that people are using the bathroom too frequently.

        I see no problem for that length of time - there is no law against it. (OSHA only says there should be no unreasonable restrictions on the use of bathroom facilities.)
