  • Employee Threat Florida

Okay, hopefully someone can help me with this. I was told that one of our employees was taking "pictures" of our production lines, and told other employee's that if we fired him for any reason, he would use the "pictures" (although we're not sure what he could take pictures of), and turn us in to the FDA.

His manager wants to fire him immediately, how would everyone else handle this?

I've only been with the company for a week but I was also told that a month or so ago, he was taking meds that caused him to not be able to work but for some reason, our managers let him stay, and continue to work.

    Help!

    Thanks

Is there an issue that would be a problem if it was reported to the FDA? Did he take the pictures with his cell phone? You can certainly ban cell phones on the production floor.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
