  • Pay While Away Colorado

I travel often for work. Recently my company has not had work on the weekneds so I receive no compensation. I am about 5 hours from home and have no vehicle. Am I entitled to pay for those days because I am unable to leave?
Thanks for any help you may provide.

Ps...I am paid hourly and not salary.

No, you are not. Cabs, rental cars, bus, all kinds of things you can do.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.

Agree, you don't get paid when you don't work.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Leo Buscaglia
