  • non compete loan modification Hawaii

I was hired as an independent contractor to sell legal service loan modifications to consumers. I was promised leads, 3 to 6 a day and told that a reasonable sales person would make 2 to 4 sales and the commission on the sale is $500. Sounds reasonable but the company never delivered on the leads and all sales have been done in my warm market and through my own marketing efforts. I now want to start working with another company that will pay me more for my efforts and reward me for my building of a team. I signed a 2 year non compete clause and I want to know if they will really be able to enforce it.

You'll need to take the non-compete to an employment or contract attorney in your state for review & advice. We can't comment on a non-compete we haven't read.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Leo Buscaglia
