Hello, I started a part time job and was told I would receive 8.75 dollars per hour, I worked 16 hours and then quit because of unsafe working conditions --however I never received any pay --is this llegal?

You should be paid for all hours worked. If you haven't been paid, report the employer to the state department of labor wage and hour division.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!

In Pa. your final paycheck is due on the next regular payday. If you don't get your check when due, file a wage claim with your state's DOL.
