  • REALTOR SELF EMPLOYED OR SALARIED?? Florida

I Recently Move From Another State. I Am Working With A Timeshare Company Where I Need To Work Certain Hours (like Salary Employee) I Receive Pay Stubs Weekly And They Deduct Taxes, When I Do Not Earn Comissions They Give Me A Draw (advance Monies) That They Deduct From Future Commisions. Please Send Me Copy Of This Law Because In Paper I Am An Employee But In Reality Is Strictly Commisions. Am I A Salary Employee Without Salary Or Self Employed??
    Thank You

You need to read the following fact sheet and see if you qualify for this exception.

    Federal Outside Salesperson exception.
"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away".
