I work internally for an employment agency and my employer doesn't provide us with a lunch/break room. We are forced to eat out or eat in our cars everyday. My employer has even said that by law, they are not required to have a lunch room for us. Is it this true? All we want is a fridge and microwave to heat up our food.

I feel for you but there is no law requiring a microwave or refrigerator.
We have a microwave in an office supply area but have to use bathroom sinks.
I eat lunch in my car most every day and its not great.(especially in the GA heat).

Wish there was something I could point you to.
I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.
