I Have A Question. I live in NJ and mMy Wifes Job Offers Medical Benifits To Any Worker Who Works Over 27 Hrs A Week. So She Took The Benifits For Our Family. Now Tey Are Talking About Raisont The Required Hours To 30 A Week. If She Cant Work The 30 Hours A Week Can They Take The Benifits Away Since They Were Offered To Her At 27 Hrs A Week Almost 1 Year Ago.

If the plan rules change and she no longer meets the eligibility requirements, that is legal. Just because it was a lower threshhold when she was hired does not mean that threshhold can never be increased.
