    Hello,

I am a full-time salaried employee in OH. I work 40 hours a week with benefits. My boss advised that since our business is slow, my hours are being cut. Would you know what the minimum hours would be working part-time but still maintaining benefits? He wanted to cut me back to 24 hours a week, but I'm thinking it might be 32 hours in order to maintain benefits?

    Thank you!

It's not determined by law, but by company policy/insurance contract.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
