My company had a random drug test for all employees, all the men were in the mens bathroom, the supervisors were watching them urinate, not one of the supervisors were wearing gloves, and they were quick to announce a dirty test, no privacy for any of the employees. Did they follow the legal protocal ?

I don't know about legal protocol, but it certainly violated scientific protocol.

Not much of a surprise, seeing how most also employers do not understand what the word "random" means.

The OP might try doing a websearch for "drug test" and the name of the state. This sort of thing is very state specific.
