Now I've seen many posts on how you have to work for 7.5 hours to get an unpaid meal break. I was wondering if this is the same for employees under age 18? (i.e. 16)

In Illinois, a child under the age of 16 must have a 30 minute break no later than the 5th hour of work. Once the child turns 16 there is no further break requirement.
