    Hi,

I have an employee who works a 40-45 hour work week M-F, and is piad OT for any time over the 40 hours. However, he occasionally works on Sat as well and was only paid for OT past 8 hours on Sat, which is incorrect. How far back to I have to go to correct this error?

    Example:
    M 8 hrs
    T 9 hrs
    W 9 hrs
    Th 9 hrs
    F 8 hrs
    Sa 9.5 hrs

We paid 48 Reg and 4.5 OT, which is wrong.
It should have been 40 Reg and 12.5 OT, correct?
If so how far back to I have to go and calculate back pay?

    Thanks
