  • Switching from 8-5 to a 4 10hr day California

    Hi,

We are trying to have our employees work a 4day 10hr workday, Instead of a 5 day 8 hr day in California. This is a union environment. Does anyone know what laws or procedures we must do in order to convert the staff in this department.

    Thank you

This is what is called an Alternative Workweek Schedule. The following file may be useful.
