    My supervisor is accusing me of false information he was given by one of my co-workers (he will not give a name). I have asked for this "warning" in writing. Because this information is false, what can I do??

    There is no legal requirement for an employer to provide written warnings. There's also no legal requirement for an employer to divulge the identity of the person who has complained about you. Without knowing more the specifics of what's going on, all we can tell is to make your case to the employer in a rational, logical manner.

      He is not required by any law to give you a name. If the employer believes this information to be true, there isn't anything you can do short of going to your HR department and discussing the issue with them.
