  • Requesting past time records California

Where on the DLSE might I find information on requesting copies of time records for the past year? My understanding is that I can request my records and they have to produce them within 14 days. Does my request have to be on a special form?

It is 21 days but you can find the info here http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/FAQ_Right...onnelFiles.htm
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.
