  • Breaks in Kentucky Kentucky

I work for a company in Central Kentucky and until recently, we recieved one 10 minute break between 12 midnight and 4 am, one 20 minute lunch between 3 and 5 am and one 10 minute break between 4 and 8 am. Now they say that we are only entitled to one 10 minute break and our 20 minute lunch break. Is this legal? Since the law reads that we are entitled to a 10 minute break every four hours worked, shouldn't we get two 10 minute breaks and our 20 minute lunch break? We work a full 8 hours and all breaks are paid.
