    i was rapped on the job why i was in training at prime inc in mo the guy that did it was not fired or anything what can i do i need help this almost wrecked my hole life.

    Did you report it to the police? You should, if you haven't done so already. Then, you should report it to the HR Department of your employer, or, if they don't have an HR Department, to someone senior in the company. If you have already tried, then contact the EEOC.
