  • Help! Business Closing Pennsylvania

    We need advice ASAP!

Our employer is closing the business and has stated we have received our last check from him.. Problem is we are still currently working w/no guarantee we will get paid.. What can we do???

If he fails to pay you for the work you are currently doing, your recourse is to file a complaint with the state department of labor. You should also be actively looking for other jobs.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!

You need to remind your employer that just because the business is closing does not excuse the fact that they are still required by law to pay everyone for all hours worked.
