  • Terminated after FMLA Pennsylvania

I was terminated after FMLA was done but still on STD. However, I did get a ok to return to work from the doctor two weeks after I had been terminated. Am I eligible for unemployment.

Probably. It certainly can't hurt to apply.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

If you are now medically able to look for work & medically able to accept work (it seems your dr. did release you to work), you can try applying for unemployment ins.
