No. One of the basic requirements to be eligible for unemployment benefits is to be available and able to work, and actively looking for employment. If you're too ill to work, you don't qualify for unemployment.

Termination and Unemployment in PA Pennsylvania

I have been on STD for almost 12 weeks. I have also applied for SS Disability. I have COPD and I am on oxygen 24/7. I know my employer can terminate me after 12 weeks. My question is, am I entitled to Unemployment?
