I have a friend, who's daughter is collecting New Jersey Disability fraudulently. She is collecting a check and is also working.
More recently (last week) she had her son put into a substance abuse facility in Florida and is staying down there because she can't bear to leave the state without him, making this a great vacation for her, so she can see him 2 hours a week during visitation, so that he's not the only person there with no visitors. She applied for FMLA for this so she can hold her job. That does not seem like a covered medical emergency for FMLA. Am I wrong? I really want to report this to someone..but don't know where to start.
I am FURIOUS that this person is taking SO much advantage of everyone.
