  • breathalyzer laws in New Hampshire

My friend was telling me that you could not be breathalysed in NH if you were under the age of 17. Is this true?

If your friend is so knowledgeable, he should be able to point you to the relevant statute, right?

New Hampshire has what's called an implied consent law. This law says that anyone who operates a motor vehicle in the state is considered to have already given their consent to take a breathalyzer test if they're pulled over. It's a consequence of being granted a driver's license. So, if you're old enough to have a driver's license, you're old enough to be deemed capable of understanding what goes along with having one.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!
