I want to start a non-profit where the owners can also draw a minimum salary. What is the difference between setting up as an LLP as opposed to being Incorporated? This would be in New York State.

If you are a non-profit, I think you would set up as a non-profit corporation.
I think New York 501C3 Non Profit Corporations is more what you are trying to do.
