If/when I divorce, what happens to me financially if:
    Married 26 years
Husband owns own practice, a corp, for 26 years. Practice itself is doing fine financially except for IRS penalties for nonpayment of payroll taxes
Husband formed LLC 7 years ago. LLC losing money (but future is starting to look good in 2-3 years)
Husband's practice/corp is nearly (as good as) bankrupt, using all money for LLC expenses
All husband's salary used for LLC.
We own house for 26 years. All equity in house husband used for LLC
I have no income, no shared accounts, no personal accounts
    Husband's is sole support
All community property and assets invested without my permission in LLC
Am I protected against his debts?
He used community property for LLC. Can I get that back?
