  • Bankruptcy affecting first homeowner's loan application

    Hi everyone,

My wife and I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in August 2002 (credit card
debt), and we're considering applying for our first homeowner's loan
in January. Is there even a possibility that we'd be approved for the
loan, guaranteeing a large and steady income to the institution
    granting us the loan?

    Thanks,
    Isaac

That's because he posted 4 years ago and, by now, he is in jail for scamming the public.

I noticed that join & post dates were 10-2003. I guess wombleme didn't notice that.
